We were very surprised by the space in the rooms we were offered: two separate rooms which helped with the sleeping arrangements of three daughters! We were also surprised by the room available in the bathroom/spa... there's probably too much room really, but once it's there it's difficult to take it away. All in all, we had a great stay.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hobart Airport Hotel on our way back to Perth WA. We had just completed a mini roadtrip on our first visit to Tasmania.

While we were at your hotel we had the pleasure of dining in the Flight Cafe Restaurant. I have to say that from the minute we stepped inside the cafe entry, we were treated like royalty. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman (apologies for not recalling his name), who showed us to our table and had our drinks served to us immediately, while giving us details of the dinner specials available. The menu was a delight to read (allthough diffucult to choose from such an extensive menu) but with our waiters suggestions, we made the right choices........the food was fabulous!

During the evening I watched the gentleman as he moved arond the tables making sure that everyone was happy, and I noticed that each and every person dining there that evening, felt that they were the special guest. Of course they couldnt have been.........as we were!

It was an absolute pleasure to end our holiday in such a fine way and I'd like to add, we enjoyed a dining experience there that we havent enjoyed at some of the most reputable restaurants. .

Therefore, I would like you to extend our thanks to the management and staff of your wonderful cafe, and I can assure you that if we ever have the pleasure of visiting Tasmania again, we will be dining with you once again.
